This is my 2nd year using the “Fall clean up”. Bryce came to my property and did something magical. Sometime between 9:00 and 11:30 Bryce and his team from Malloy came and went like a thief in the night. I came home around 11:45 and Not one leaf was there. The entire property looked immaculate. All of the leaves came down early this year and with the insane amount of leaves to clean around the holidays it can be unbearable for one person to do. That’s why I tried Molloy last year and again this year. I will be using them indefinitely. Also I have used them for year round lawn care, fertilizer treatments, lawn aeration, and over seeding treatments. My lawn has looked beautiful and deep dark healthy green. I highly recommend Molloy for your lawn care or fall/winter cleanup. ~ Ryan L

I recently had 3 Molloy Landscape employees (Kevin, Kevin & Luis) stop by and provide their annual spring cleaning and mulching services. As usual the yard was beautiful when they were finished. Molloy has been providing this service to me since 2016 and each time the result is the same. The price is fair and they are available within a reasonable time once the contract is signed. They also send me a newsletter periodically that provides helpful suggestions for lawn and shrubbery care throughout the year. I don't know of any other landscaper that takes the time to do this for their customers! Ken ~ kenneth s

We have had a great experience with Molloy over the past several months. First, they demolished two rotting decks off the back of our house, and replaced with a patio made of concrete pavers, while restoring the yard on the other side. Chris was great in helping envision how best to use our space, including around a tricky basement stair well. Kristin provided a thoughtful plan for our landscaping, and the team successfully transplanted a number of our existing shrubs and trees for a better layout, adding a number of new plantings and then reseeding the lawn. They do a great job of taking the client's ideas and offering expertise to execute a vision, with attention to your budget. They were flexible to work around other projects we had going on with different contractors, such as the team replacing our siding in between Molloy's phases of the patio and landscaping. We intend to keep working with Molloy on future projects, and highly recommend them! ~ Lizzy C

Molloy has been a godsend for my yard in Milton. John could be an MIT laboratory biologist with his knowledge of grass, the patterns of the area, shade vs sun, and troubleshooting common lawn issues/plant growth. He has called personally to explain processes and how my sod can be different / exactly when a type of weed will go away. We use for mosquitos and also for snowplowing. Fair, doesn't churn business, and has even on occasion dropped off complimentary seed/salt, etc. I could not recommend more. ~ Brett W

I started using Molloy to cut my grass a couple of years ago. Since then I have added spring and fall cleanups, mulch, fertilizing application, bulb planting, gutter cleaning, new bed installation etc. I am pleased with all of the work that has been done thus far and if I ever had an issue with a service, it is immediately responded to. If you make the decision to use Malloy Landscaping, you will be pleasantly suprised with the professionalism of the Owner and the Staff. They maintain multiple locations for us and we are pleased with their work and dedication. The best part is, the owner is very involved and you never have an issue getting a hold of him. Molloy Landscaping turned my “house” into a “home.” What was once described by my family as a place that was “a bit of a drab” to visit, Molloy turned my house into an “everlasting paradise” that has now become the HQ for all family gatherings. After I signed up, they were out the next week to start my lawn service. I am very happy with the work they have done so far. From start to finish Molloy was great.They showed up on time before a scheduled party. Chris the estimator, Rhonda the office manager and the workers were all great. Best decision we ever made. We got a sodded lawn done due to the amount of crab grass we had. It is beautiful and everyone has commented on this. They instructed us on how to take care of the lawn and now we use them for fertilization. I could not ask for better care. They are wonderful and cost is very acceptable. We recently moved into a new house and the yard hadn't been taken care of since last fall. Molloy was fantastic to work with! They cleaned everything up for us, removed a number of bushes and large rocks, and replaced old rotted timbers with new ones. They also had great ideas for other things we could do down the road. The staff at Molloy Lawn and Landscaping have for over 5 years provided the best service and care for my property. Clean up after they visit, securing the access gates so I don’t have to worry about my dog and informing me about the application they used so not to impact the health of my dog or family.
